CLICK is governed by a Board of Directors comprising of eminent professionals in the Kenyan civil society and private sector. The main role of the Board is to provide a strategic framework within which the Secretariat executes programmes/ projects.

CLICK Advisor: Hon. Njoki Ndungu is a former Nominated Member of the 10th Parliament and holds a Postgraduate Diploma - Women's Human Rights (World University Services, Austria), L.L.M. - Human Rights and Civil Liberties (University of Leicester), Diploma in Laws (Kenya School of Law) and a L.L.B. - Hons (University of Nairobi). As Advisor to CLICK Njoki brings a vast experience in the policy formulation and analysis, fundraising, gender analysis, development of advocacy tools and methodologies, proposal writing, legislative drafting, strategic planning, project implementation, research, networking, training, monitoring, evaluation, report writing and public interest litigation. Hon. Ndungu successfully moved a Private Members Bill in the 9th Parliament which culminated in the enactment of the Sexual Offences Act, 2006. She is vastly experienced in the challenges on advocating for sensitive legislation through the House of the 10th Parliament. |
